"Know it All"

How does it feel to know it all?
I'm curious, do tell
To be so arrogant enough
The rest can go to hell

It must be nice to know it all
Forgive, but I must ask
Ever lose an argument?
No, no. There's not a chance
When others bow and kiss your feet
The hem that trims your robe
Does your huge ego jump for joy
On top but all alone?

It must be nice to know it all
The rest of us so small
We'll just pull weeds
And mind the sheep
And drink the bitter gall
We'll just sit back as best we can
Obligingly and nod
Yes yes, your'e right, of course you are
Let's not forget you're God

Sorry to disappoint you all, but the true cause of late-onset Parkinson's--and a frequent aggravator of younger, genetic cases--is the fatty Western diet. And it works in 2 quite different ways: 1] personal fatty diet oxidises many cells, including neurons--especially dopamine neurons involved in PD--as shown by feeding fat to rats (Dr Jill K Morris, Kansas, 2011); and even fatty MATERNAL diet, during gestation, plays a major role, by causing lifelong anxiety disorder in the offspring--as we see in Michael J Fox and many other sufferers. Anxiety affects about half of all PD cases, and increases PD risk in a number of specific ways. In addition, an anxious person eating fatty diet--like regular cheese or chocolate--soon becomes depressed, and this depression is a frequent precursor to PD. International diet studies point to dietary fat as a major PD risk factor, with polyunsaturated fatty acids, grains, nuts and legumes being protective. Note that seeds, nuts, and legumes are rich sources of the anti-anxiety sugar myo-inositol, which also activates anti-ageing genes. Anti-ageing genes can clear aggregated proteins from nerve cells. I have cured 2 cases of PD with myo-inositol supplement. Hopefully, the same benefit might be seen in younger cases, too--e.g. LRRK2 cases may respond to an agent that suppresses excessive neuronal protein synthesis, that may also directly clear gunked-up disease proteins.
