Sitting down with hosts Charlie Rose, Norah O’Donnell and Gayle King, Anne spoke about how taking the test changed her own life and her goals for 23andMe.
Testing can offer people “a roadmap” for what they could do to potentially stay healthy. As more people test and with enough data, Anne said there is potential to change health care. “A million people walking around with their genomes, I believe, is going to be disruptive to the health care system,” she said.
