Animated Genome Film Unveiled By The Smithsonian

23andMe is a big fan of the exhibit Annimated Genome Exhibit

Today, on DNA Day, the museum is unveiling The Animated Genome on the “Genome: Unlocking Life’s Code” website (unlockinglifescode.org). The five-minute feature is meant to both inspire and educate, and adds to the long list of great educational resources that are part of the exhibit.

More than 1.6 million people have already seen the exhibit itself since it open last June. Genome: Unlocking Life’s Code also included contributions of other private foundations and companies including 23andMe. Even a few 23andMe customers shared their own stories about DNA testing for use in the exhibit.
