Today 23andMe received a letter from the Committee on Energy and Commerce of the United States House of Representatives asking that along with Navigenics and Pathway Genomics, we provide information about our genetic testing services. The letter was signed by Congressmen Henry A. Waxman from California, Chairman of the Committee, Ranking Member Joe Barton from Texas, and the Chairman and Ranking Member of the Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations, Bart Stupak from Michigan and Michael C. Burgess from Texas.
